Are you ready or just waiting for 1st April?

 

Is the board ready or are you just waiting to be told to walk? Why not start to press all the right buttons now to make sure your organisation is ready for Co- regulation and the TSA Framework on 1st April 2010.
  • Have you adopted a Code of Governance?
  • How will you deal with conflicts of ineterest when schedule 1 goes on 31st March?

The TSA will give no guidance on dealing with conflicts of interests. Housing Associations must adopt a policy that is best for them by 1st April 2010.  Is your policy in place? We can advise or help facilitate your discussions.
