Boardcraft Award -
An eight day modular course . Complete eight of our one day training courses to achieve the award on a modular basis or sign up 12 members of the board for an in house Boardcraft Award. This will provide an essential toolkit of skills for board members and chairs, which will sharpen up their boardroom skills.The Boardcraft Award will equip board members with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make a successful contribution to your organisation. Endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management, five completed sessions will win an Intermediate Boardcraft Award and eight completed session will win and Advanced Boardcraft Award.
