Tenants are increasingly important to effective governance. To have effective tenant involvement at board panel forums and resident association level, it's essential that you equip your tenants with the knowledge, skills and information to participate in your organisation.
The Board Development Agency has established some ground-breaking tenant involvement development programmes, which have helped housing organisations improve their delivery of services.
'It's the best training we have ever had" Julian Kelly, Partnership Development Officer East North East Homes in Leeds. This was designed especially for them and delivered in house.
