Go! Surgeries happen every other week, Thursdays at 12:00. We have a schedule of topics suggested by members and people can come along and raise a new topic too. This is a discussion session where we share knowledge and ideas not a training session.

10 September 2026 -Effective Minutes. What the regulators are looking for, how can technology can help and hints and tips from each other.
24 September 2026 – Risk and Boards, how can governance teams help the Board?
8 October 2026 – Inspections – de-brief for those that have had one recently and what to expect for those who have not had one yet. This is particularly relevant to people from England, but everyone welcome.
22 October 2026 – External Governance Effectiveness Reviews – lets share what we do
5 November 2026 – Training Board members, what else can we do. How can we make it more effective?
