Interim Governance Staffing

The BDA are now able to offer interim governance professionals to assist your organisation.

Perhaps you need some support for governance projects which have been on hold due to lack of staffing resources. We can help with back-filling whilst projects are undertaken or conversely if you don’t possess in-house governance skills, we can help support the project, bringing our knowledge, experience and often a fresh perspective.

You might want to temporarily fill governance staffing vacancies whilst you consider your longer-term staffing strategy and take off the immediate pressure whilst you evaluate your needs and undertake the subsequent recruitment/appointment.

Our interim service enables you to bring in the right skills at the right time for as long (or as short!) as needed, giving you flexibility for your business. Our staff have a wealth of experience, able to hit the ground running and be up to speed very quickly so that you can see their impact almost immediately.

We can offer interim Company Secretary, Governance Manager and Governance Officer services.
