Abigail Reilly

Abigail Reilly is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has recently completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology focusing her research into "how does the social housing sector encourage creativity and innovation whilst maintaining compliance and safety" and the importance of psychological safety and overcoming organisational silence and inertia in achieving this.


She has over 15 years senior management experience within the sector during which time she focussed on culture change and organisational development and sits on the Board of a Connexus Housing Group. 


Abigail therefore combines practical hands-on experience of being both an executive director and NED who has done the work in practice, with the academic research and passion for the subject of culture change specific to the housing sector.   
 


Abigail has recently set up her own consultancy Thrive (HR & OD) Ltd aimed at supporting clients across the range of OD & HR requirements and with a specific focus on helping housing leaders to progress their organisation’s culture journey to deliver their social purpose.
