Shyamenda is a specialist in Human Resources and Leadership as well as an engaging public speaker, passionately committed to teaching and researching authentic leadership. Through mentoring and public speaking training he helps people communicate with greater confidence and provides coaching for speech and pitch delivery. He has 10 years’ experience of teaching and delivering workshops in leadership and management practice, human resources, diversity and inclusion, and organisational effectiveness at Manchester Metropolitan University and as a guest lecturer on authentic leadership for the University of Cumbria, this includes on online learning. He is currently completing research and a PhD on Authentic Leadership Development.
