Tamara is a chartered surveyor with 9 years’ experience of working in housing, following 10 years in commercial property. She has transformed asset management teams covering compliance, maintenance, estate management, investment and strategic asset management. She has designed and implemented asset management strategies with a focus on establishing a data-driven approach to ensure high performance and value for money. She has been a board member for a housing association and a charity.
