TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING 

Once provision of services is confirmed, the following cancellation charges will apply: 

  • 50% of the fee is payable if the commission is cancelled 
  • The full fee is payable if the booking is cancelled 7 working days (or less) before the event/service is delivered.  
  • You will be invoiced after the event/services. Payment will be due in 30 days. 

Postponed services will be subject to the same cancellation charges, but if the services are rearranged within 6 months, you will only be charged the difference between the cancellation fee (already paid) and the previously agreed fee, plus a rearrangement fee of 15%.  

UNABLE TO ATTEND A TRAINING SESSION 

If an individual is unable to make a training session, please let us know as soon as possible, either via your governance staff, or using the number of the trainer, if appropriate.   

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF TRAINING BY BDA 

BDA reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event or services.  If BDA cancels the event, you will be entitled to a full refund. 

BDA will only cancel event or services due to illness or other unforeseen events.  If possible, we will seek in the first instance to agree another trainer with you to avoid the cancellation.
