Understand the importance of EDI: Gain a basic understanding of the business case for diversity and the social impact of inclusive governance to foster an inclusive culture within the board and the organisation.

Policy Review: Developing Inclusive Policies and Procedures to Foster Equity and Diversity in the Organisation.

Effective communication: practises include involving a wide range of stakeholders in decision-making, making sure that decisions are inclusive, and incorporating community input so that decisions reflect the various needs and viewpoints of the communities they serve.

Accountability Mechanisms: How to establish accountability mechanisms for EDI initiatives, ensuring ongoing commitment and progress
