This training will ensure your senior staff have the knowledge they need, and understand the steps necessary to deliver effective, concise, quality reports. It will ensure you:
- understand of the Board’s need for good quality information underpinned by accurate and timely data, professional advice and how this could be presented to support your organisation’s values
- ensure that your reports don’t present the common challenges that Board members face from their Board packs
- improve the quality of report writing, presentational skills and confidence of team members at Board meetings, including the balance of strategic/operational information
- understand the role of the scheme of delegation in informing each person/group’s role, responsibility and relationships

Dates
This training consists of two 3-hour sessions that together make up the equivalent of one day of training. Each session will be recorded and available on our website, where you will have access to watch it again. The training costs £675 plus VAT, and it includes two 30-minute follow-up mentoring sessions to discuss any issues you may have.
Additional mentoring can also be purchased at £100 per hour.
