Consumer Regulation In Social Housing

The Regulator of Social Housing has been ramping up the rhetoric around the implementation of their renewed consumer focus following the Government’s White Paper ‘The Charter for Social Housing’. The Social Housing Regulation Bill was passed in the summer, picking up many of the elements within the Charter but is your organisation ready for it?
