We are calling on all governance team member working in social housing in England, Scotland and Wales, especially those who work alone or in small groups. Do you need support with policies, tools, and processes, or would you like someone to share ideas with?
What Will You Get
- Support from Dr Alice Pearce, an experienced governance manager who leads Go!
- Go! Facebook Group – A group where we keep you updated, people ask questions, post policies and procedures to share, reference documents are stored and much more.
- Round robin emails – send us a message with a Governance query and we will share with other members. Responses will come through with advise and any helpful support documentation – making you feel part of the ‘team’!
- Advice & support – email us with a Governance issue and we will pick the BDA’s collective brains (we have many experienced consultants working with us, all experts in their field).
- Bi-weekly Workshop – members call up (on-line meeting) and chat about anything giving them a headache! They always leave with new ideas and useful information. Details and upcoming topics can be found at Go! Surgeries.
- NAGO! Round Table meetings – get together and brainstorm ideas, network, share and train (tailored for you!) – currently run via Zoom.
- Recruitment – advertise your Board Member or governance staff recruitment on our website and social media platforms.
- Go! Discount – All members (applies across the company) earn a 10% discount on any Board Development Agency training booked after the commencement of their membership. Some members have recovered their membership fee back by receiving this discount.
