GDPR is boring? This is why it should fascinate the Board.
GDPR hit the headlines and the panic really hit in early 2018; this was when we all realized that there were only five months left to implement a much more robust data protection framework before the deadline of 25th May. The threat of massive fines spurred us on to try and meet the deadline. But has GDPR had the attention it deserves since then?
As the Board, you have ultimate accountability for GDPR compliance, for ensuring data protection by design and default. Are you getting the right information and asking the right questions? Do you have the knowledge you need to minimize risks to the organization and to yourselves as individuals?
This webinar will remind you what the GDPR is all about and update you on the changes since 2018. We will cover the risk areas for you as Board members and for your organisations. Finally, we will look at the key areas for reporting and the questions to ask to ensure you and your organisations are compliant.
Suitable for all Board Members
