We will provide you with some useful tips on how to use questions to guide the beginning and end of a discussion.

- Mastering face-to-face meetings;
- Managing virtual and hybrid meetings;

The Role
- The leadership role of the Chair;
- The role in securing viability, good governance, and regulatory judgments;
- The responsibilities of Chair to the governing body or committee;
- The role in securing outcomes for customers.
Roles of Participants
- The different roles that people take on;
- The relationship between members:
- Resolving problems;
- How to build a great team;
- The Chair’s relationship with the executive.
The Action Plan
- The benefits to the organisation of good Chairing;
- The development needs of the Chair;
- Equality and diversity implications;
- Session review- what will you do differently;
- Your three-point action plan.
Fees & Additional Information
The cost of this masterclass is £400 plus any applicable VAT. In addition, we offer mentorship for £100 per hour, which would be especially useful for those who just recently joined as Chairs.
