Tenant Engagement – Making it Meaningful

With the Regulator of Social Housing now operating a more assertive consumer regulatory control, landlords are being asked not only to listen to tenants but also to show, with evidence, how that listening has shaped decisions and improved services. Across England, Wales, and Scotland, the principles of tenants’ voice, accountability, and service quality remain central. In this session, we will explore how to embed transparency, responsiveness and trust in governance structures.
