CHAIRS AND BOARD MEMBER DEBATE

Navigating the Ever Changing Enviroment of Housing

Whilst the government looks to stay in power until the very last moment, providers are dealing with a raft of new requirements against a backdrop of dwindling resources. From building safety to the new consumer standards and complaint handling requirements, the sector is facing a significant workload increase whilst the financial environment is probably the most challenging the sector has faced since the late 2000’s.

The session will highlight some key talking points and provide an opportunity for providers to raise questions and discuss options, under Chatham House rules.
