Introduction to Governance & Regulation in England, including changes in consumer standards

Are you a Board member or part of the governance team in England’s social housing sector?  Whether you are just starting your journey or aiming to deepen your expertise on the fundamental principles of effective governance. this session is for you. 

For members new to social housing governance we will leave the fundamentals of good governance and regulation. For those with more experience, we will discuss the new consumer standards and how it affects your role.  We will discuss the link between governance and your organisation’s success and we will equip you with the knowledge to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of social housing in England.

We will delve into the Regulator of Social Housings regulatory framework, and the Code of Governance and Code of Conduct to help you understand how they assist you to deliver good governance from the top down. By the end of the session, you will:
