Learning from Complaints and Regulatory Reports

Learning from complaints and regulatory reports.

When it comes to the regulators, our perceptions may vary, but one undeniable fact is that they play a crucial role in overseeing the English Social Housing sector. One of their primary responsibilities is to provide the sector with valuable insights gleaned from their work. These insights shed light on the industry’s shortcomings and offer guidance to providers, helping them steer clear of similar pitfalls.

In this session, we will delve into the wealth of information provided by regulators, focusing on reports generated by the Housing Ombudsman and the Regulator of Social Housing.

These reports not only pinpoint where providers may be faltering but also extend a helping hand to ensure others do not repeat the same mistakes.
