Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016

The Renting Homes Act 2016 (commenced Dec 22) represents the most significant revision to Welsh housing law in decades. The act has changed the way all providers in Wales operate, from the way their contracts are provided, homes are maintained and how providers communicate with their tenants.
