Chairs and Board members Round table

As the sector grapples with significant changes, including new regulatory requirements, a strained financial landscape, and shifting priorities, providers are facing myriad challenges.

This roundtable session, chaired by Dr Alice Pearce and Bill Gill, is designed for chairpersons and board members across the UK social housing sector, offering a unique platform for engaging with peers, sharing insights, and collaboratively exploring approaches to navigating the complexities of the current housing environment.

We will explore important questions about the Labour Party’s policy direction, its impact on registered providers, and the level of support these policies will receive from the new Chancellor’s funding.

It is an opportunity to ask questions and discuss relevant matters with peers under Chatham House rules.

What you will learn

  • An overview of Labour’s policy direction and what it means for registered providers.
  • Understanding of potential funding opportunities from the new government.
  • Best practices and experiences shared by those in the sector facing similar challenges.

Please note, unlike other webinar sessions, these sessions are not recorded and not available for other members.
