This session examines the implications of Awaab’s Law, the Regulator of Social Housing’s Safety and Quality Standard and increased Housing Ombudsman scrutiny for effective oversight. It is designed for Housing Association and ALMO Board Members, Executives, Governance Leaders and local authority Directors of Housing. Attendees will gain practical Board assurance questions and a healthy homes dashboard framework to identify gaps, strengthen scrutiny, manage risk, and improve outcomes for tenants.
