Changing technology trends within sector

A session on the increasingly rapid change of technology in the sector and the opportunities this presents, as well as the risks, especially when effective digital enablement across the entire organisation is essential to fulfill organisational outputs.

“This session will help board members ensure that when they are being presented with digital strategies, they can challenge to ensure they understand the broader eco system and architecture with which the organisation will operate, how to deliver capability and how to handle an increasingly risky area of business, either through direct threat (such as cyber attacks) through to very costly over runs”.

Aimed at all Board members.

Presented by Rob Glenister.
