Performance Management Data Driving Business Improvement

In this session we will consider what you should really be looking for when you are measuring performance and how you can drive effective business improvement within your organisation.  In particular we will examine:

The characteristics of good performance information – how does it lead directors to ask the right questions and agree action to improve performance?
  • The elements of an effective monitoring and evaluation plan – What will you measure? What will you evaluate? How will you do it? Based on what? What will you do as a result?
  • Joining the dots and breaking the silos – Does your Board reporting stand as a cohesive package, rather than a set of disjointed reports? What story is your Board reporting telling you about your organisation?
